You will be guided into a meditation to suit your needs and ability in a relaxing environment, whilst enjoying the relaxing sounds and essential oils.

A detoxing & nutritional programme to support your body to lower stress, cleanse impurities, increase energy levels, improve quality of sleep, gain mental clarity and reduce visceral fat whilst increasing muscle strength.
A health consultation will be carried out to assess your physical needs in terms of more energy, weight loss, stress reduction etc.
You can choose to take a Bio Impedance Body Analysis to understand your bodies fat, muscle, water, metabolic age ratios.

You will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire that will cover your on your health.
After discussing the available programmes suited to your needs there will be some discussion to measure your understanding of the information given and commitment level to your goals to assess if we can work together to achieve your desired outcome.
